Mr. Roger Marcincuk Jr. has over 30 years of due diligence, accounting, operations, and compliance experience across various industries and asset classes. Prior to founding The Marcincuk Group LLC, Mr. Marcincuk was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Crestline Investors, Inc., a $17+ billion (as of June 30th, 2023) SEC-registered investment adviser providing a diverse array of innovative product offerings. Mr. Marcincuk developed the firm's operational due diligence program and conducted over 1,000 on-site manager meetings globally while instituting a robust monitoring policy for all portfolio investments. Mr. Marcincuk also managed IT implementations, led the development of the firm's 5-year business plan (strategic, financial and operational objectives), and has assisted in the construction and management of the firm's corporate accounting and finance department.

Prior to Crestline, Mr. Marcincuk was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP (E&Y) in their Transaction Services practice. There, Mr. Marcincuk performed buy-side, sell-side and merger integration services on over 100 domestic and international transactions aggregating in excess of $20 billion in market value. Mr. Marcincuk previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in a similar capacity and at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PwC) performing audit and tax services.

Mr. Marcincuk is a licensed CPA and received his B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley College (1993) in Waltham, Massachusetts and his M.B.A. from Georgetown University (1997) in Washington, D.C.
