Manager - Fund Launch & ODD Readiness

• Support managers with all operational aspects of their business.

• Assist the manager in the preparation of fund documents (PPM, DDQ, Compliance Manual, Key Policies and Procedures such as Cash Management, Valuation, etc.)

• Support the manager in identifying, developing and implementing industry best practices across the organization.

• Benchmarking the manager against its peers and best practices while recommending necessary changes.

• Conducting mock ODD visits and GAP analyses.

• Supporting the manager through an entire institutional investor due diligence process.
